An unidentified gang bolted with an unguarded automated teller machine (ATM) of a non-public operator with ₹ ₹4,98,800 money in it in Siddipet district, police stated on Tuesday.
A grievance was filed in connection with the incident on Monday and based mostly on preliminary investigation, police stated the offence occurred on the intervening night time of June 27-June 28. The ATM situated in a small store was stolen.
“CCTV footage is being verified,” a police official stated.
